Fr Angelus at Forum Christi

This week Fr Angelus from the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal spoke to Forum Christi about the spirituality of St Therese of Lisieux ("The Little Way").
He told us that St Therese said that she "always had the desire to be a Saint" but found a great gulf between her life and those of the Saints she had read about. So she began to make small sacrifices and acts of charity for the love of Jesus.
This is something we can do in our lives - for example instead of avoiding those people who annoy us we should make a special effort to see them and do something nice for them, even simply giving them a smile, and do this for God.
